Create the 2025-26 Fiscal Year

As the end of the 2024-25 fiscal year draws nearer, it’s almost time to set up the 2025-26 fiscal year and finish out teacher contracts before state deadlines. We know that you will get busier and busier with audits and reporting, so we encourage everyone to start this process early and leave plenty of time for questions.

Illinois districts should prepare the July and August teacher payrolls in advance to make sure they meet the July 10th deadline. Remember that although you can prepare the payrolls before July, you should only submit the payments to TRS between July 1st-10th!

 

Missouri districts will create extra payrolls dated in June 2024.

 

For all our brand-new districts who will launch on July 1, we will discuss these processes with you as you finish up your payroll training.
