We want to help you use SchoolInsight and TeacherEase as efficiently as possible. Our help is available in a number of formats depending upon your specific needs.
Context sensitive help is available at the top of every page. When you have questions about how things work, this is a good place to start. Online help allows you to rapidly solve your own problem and get back to work.
Help is just a click away. After login, you can email our support team from any web page. By using the "email support" feature, you can continue working and not interrupt your day. We resolve about half of all email requests within two hours and over 90% of all email requests within one business day.
During regular support hours we have a team manning the support line. Our experts are available to answer your questions and help diagnose problems. Phone support is good when you have more complex issues and need to work hand in hand with our experts to resolve them. More than 95% of all phone calls are resolved on the same day.
