SchoolInsight Training Events: Winter and Spring Onsite User Groups

We’re expanding SchoolInsight user groups in 2026—More dates, more topics, and new opportunities for hands-on practice. This is your chance to develop expertise and work face to face with our Technical Services Team.

Winter 2026

We’re hitting the road again, but this time with a new format! Based on attendee feedback, we’re expanding our user groups to include workshop sessions with the SchoolInsight Technical Services Team. As part of most sessions, participants will have the opportunity to apply their skills with the guidance of the SchoolInsight Team. For example, a session on reporting will start with a brief presentation and then participants will work alongside SchoolInsight staff to build the custom reports they want at their district.

For the first time we’ll also be offering multiple concurrent sessions. Participants will be able to choose the content most relevant to them.

User groups are designed for SIS system administrators who use SchoolInsight daily. Depending on your district, this may include superintendents, principals, tech directors, secretaries, guidance counselors, and others.

Spring 2026

In addition to our Winter User Groups, we’ll be offering state reporting workshops in the Spring. These state–specific workshops will help attendees complete their end-of-year state reporting requirements and resolve errors. The SchoolInsight Technical Services Team will again be onsite to help train and troubleshoot.
