Common Goal Systems, a leading developer of cloud-based software for schools, announces several enhancements to TeacherEase and SchoolInsight. TeacherEase is software for the digital classroom and SchoolInsight is a comprehensive student information system.
The new functionality includes:
Default Values for Student Fields. In an effort to reduce the time required to enter new students, default values can now be set for most student data fields, including custom fields.

(OK only) Statistical Reporting. To assist districts with audits by Regional Accreditation Officers, a number of new reports have been added. This create a one-stop-shop for First Quarter and Annual Statistical Reporting.

(OK only) Export data for Choctaw Nation students. SchoolInsight now integrates with Mizuni to automatically transfer student information on Choctaw Nation students. This data should better enable the Choctaw Nation to identify and support their students in need of help.
(IL only) Student Course Assignment K-8. Final grades can now be excluded from the Student Course Assignment for K-8 students.

(IL only) Student Data for PARCC. A new ISBE Export has been added to allow districts to sync student data for the PARCC test, “Student Data for PARCC.”
